New contributors for the Arquia Foundation's blog

Following the meeting held by the jury on 9 May for the call for new contributors, the members of the panel recommended adding a further two contributors to those outlined in the terms and conditions. In the end, seven new Spanish-language authors were added along with two Portuguese-language authors.

The new SPANISH-LANGUAGE CONTRIBUTORS who will be able to publish articles in the blog are, in alphabetical order, as follows:
