El proyecto contempla la reforma integral de una vivienda unifamiliar entre medianeras en Barcelona.

La idea principal del proyecto consistió en liberar la planta baja colocando las zonas de estar y más públicas de la casa, reorganizando la primera planta con habitaciones. Asimismo, se consolidó estructuralmente la cubierta existente.

En el interior, la escalera comunica verticalmente los espacios y además hace de conductor de la luz hacia el interior y la planta baja.

The design of this house corresponds with the rehabilitation of a single family house in Barcelona.

The main design idea of the intervention has been to free the space downstairs by locating the living and the more public activities and reorganizing the first floor with the more private rooms, as well as structurally consolidate the roof of the house.

In the interior, the position of the central staircase was modified to leading light to the center of the ground floor, while placing it in a position parallel to the party walls, having a single space permeable between façades.
